Very good experience in this hotel, the buffet is very varied, the entertainment is the + of this hotel, excellent for families, small downside on the cleaning in the rooms, we are obliged to ask for the room to be made but apart from that it is really great, I recommend. A big kiss to Zeinab the entertainer who spoke French.

Everything is bad! The hotel is 2* level. We needed a place to stay for two days, and then continue our trip. The location and good reviews won us over. In fact, the hotel is worth a solid two stars. The food is of poor quality, the level of a cheap canteen. For dinner, we could not eat anything except watermelon. The hotel is very unkempt and untidy. You can see all the shortcomings in the photo. When you come to relax, you want cleanliness and comfort. Here, there are wrinkled curtains, a dirty toilet seat, a dusty air conditioner and a lot of dust in the room in general. If the administration reads this review, I advise you to pay more attention to cleaning the premises. We wanted to leave the next day, but we were denied a refund. The non-customer-oriented approach is very upsetting. We needed a place to stay for two days before continuing our trip. The location and good reviews were appealing, but in reality, this hotel is worth no more than two stars. The food is of poor quality, comparable to a cheap canteen. At dinner, we couldn’t eat anything except watermelon. The hotel is generally very untidy and poorly maintained. You can see all the flaws in the photos. When you come to relax, you expect cleanliness and comfort. Here, however, the curtains were wrinkled, the toilet seat was dirty, the air conditioner was dusty, and there was a lot of dust in the room overall. If the hotel management is reading this, I would recommend paying much more attention to cleaning. We wanted to leave the next day, but our request for a refund was denied. It is very disappointing to experience such a non–customer-oriented approach.

I made a reservation for 5 days... I went there the first day there was a mix-up and they said they had given my room to someone else. I ended up in a disgusting damp smelling room on the ground floor in a place called Marakesh. That's how the adventure began. I said okay, maybe your room is ready the next day and I went to my room. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor. The room was nice and clean, I said okay, I settled in. I put my stuff in, swiped the card, closed the door from the room, and looked and saw that the door opened without a card. I went down to the reception and said something like this. The technician came and saw that it wasn't possible today, he said it wouldn't work. I said how wrong it is that I have valuables with me, drone, camera, mac etc. The technician said let the camera go, it would be fine. Anyway, the next day I went out, of course I put my valuables in the car, came in the evening and slept with the door open, and this time the air conditioner wouldn't cool. They couldn't fix the door for 5 days, I had to put my valuables in the car every day. They couldn't find a solution for the air conditioner. I put a second card in the room and while I was out, the air conditioner ran all day and barely cooled the room 24 hours a day. The door was empty. It was open continuously for 5 days. I never recommend it. I had a restless holiday. I never plan on staying there again.

I left the hotel today, everything was great, the food, breakfast, our room, the animation team, we had a great day, thank you.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days in early July. We were greeted well at the reception, given all the information about our stay, and checked in immediately. The room is small, clean, the bed linen is good (but there was only one small bedspread, there was a blanket in the closet, but no duvet cover); the air conditioner worked well; the toilet and shower were a little tired, but not critical; there was always hot water. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. The hotel grounds are small. The location is very good, the sea is two steps away. There is sand on the beach, you have to enter the sea on pebbles, if you have sensitive nights, it is better to wear aqua shoes. The water in the sea is clean. Sun loungers under awnings, everything is comfortable. There is a swimming pool on the territory, water slides (children will like them), sun loungers next to the pool. The food is varied, you will not go hungry, a buffet. The coffee in the coffee machine is delicious, tea is always delicious, as well as a machine with juices. Bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, wine, beer (I don't know what kind of strong alcohol)). During the day from 10 o'clock there is musical accompaniment on the territory. During the day there are entertainers (exercise, darts, games in the pool, beach volleyball), in the evening there is a children's disco, then a show. Free wi-fi throughout the territory. Not far from the hotel there are shops, a pharmacy, a bus stop. If you turn your back to the sea, a beautiful view of the mountains opens up.

The hotel is very nice, the personnel is friendly and helpful, the location is right on the seafront, we had a great holiday, we will come again and guide you.
